Who Is the best Point Guard up to date?

In the NBA  a pg(point guard) plays arguably the most important role on the court. They're in charge of running plays and setting up players for the right time to score. There are a lot of pg's in the NBA, but who is is the best one? There are a list of guys up there like Chris Paul, Derrick Rose, Russel Westbrook, Kyrie Irving, etc. A lot of people say it's Derrick Rose, but after his big injury(that I'll be talking about in my other post) that might bring him down a little bit. Russel Westbrook is still developing his skills as a point guard, but he is an incredible basketball player because of his athleticism. And Kyrie Irving, even if he's only been a pro for one year after winning Rookie of the Year, he has a lot of potential and could be become one of those big names in the NBA if he keeps on working on his game. And CP3, Chris Paul. He is also an incredible point guard. He may not score as much as all the the point guards, but Chris has a decent scoring average at 16.6 in the regular season and 22.2 in the post season, he also an incredible passer, and can drop a lot of defenders with his dribble moves!
