Best Ball Handler of all Time?

In the NBA every player has some ball handling or decent ball handling, but there are some players that have incredible ball handling. Incredible ball handling can help you cross up your opponent so you can have enough space for your shot and also it's nice to make your opponent fall to the floor. But in my opinion there are a lot of guys in NBA history that have incredible ball handles, like Chris Paul, Jamal Crawford, Allen Iverson, Stephen Curry, Deron Williams, Dwayne Wade, Tracy McGrady, and many more. But really to me my favorite NBA player with the sexiest crossovers and dribble moves is Allen Iverson, because in his prime around the year 1996-2006 this guy did a lot of dribble moves that were never done before in the NBA. He could cross up anybody, from guys his size, to guys bigger than him. He even crossed up the greatest player of all time, Michael Jordan.
